EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, HER CAMPUS

March 2017 - Present

I began as a writer for Her Campus my freshman year. I became the Senior Editor my sophomore year, and am now the Editor-In-Chief. I manage a team of 15 people to publish six articles weekly which I copyedit. I also oversee our social media content.

INTERN, THE WEEKLY SUN

June 2018 - September 2018

I began as an office assistant helping with layout and archiving. After two weeks I submitted my first article and was asked to write bi-weekly. I also continued my love for editing by helping the editor-in-chief review weekly articles.

DEAN'S ASSISTANT, SOJC

September 2018 - Present

I assist the dean's office as well as the development office in the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon with anything and everything. Most recently I've helped to edit a textbook co-authored by the dean, and editing/organizing tenure cases for the professors. I excel in clerical work and am certified in various online resources such as Google analytics and content marketing. I have a strong skill base in all Adobe and Microsoft Office programs.

CERTIFICATIONS

Google Analytics

I completed my certification in the Google analytics course, and I am qualified to track and report website traffic. This helps me to be able to understand every side of a business or company and help progress them forward with their audiences.

Hubspot Content Marketing

This certification focuses on strategic marketing and business process in which companies would want to create and distribute content that is relevant to their audience that will drive up consumer satisfaction.
